Proof of Concept

Do you have a real product proposition? Does it work?

Proprietary Intellectual Property

Do you have a unique IP position that protects the value of your technology?

Leadership

We believe that management and leadership are critical to success. Who will lead this company to achieve or exceed its goals?

Realization

Who will want to acquire this company? What are the options for achieving an exit and return on our investment?

We do not typically invest in public or listed companies, or in entities not established with a legal presence in the US.
